Dear Pete; I would like to thank you and the entire BAM team for organizing a fabulous experience for my wife and I at the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. This was our second time attending a BAM  Formula 1 event and I can assure you it will not be our last time. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into organizing an event of this caliber.  Yet from the client’s point-of-view, it is a simple matter of calling you up, discussing what we want to experience at the event, and then letting your expertise take care of the rest. Every aspect of our Formula 1 weekend was taken care of in the most efficient and attentive manner possible. From choosing the perfect hotel, organizing the best night spots and parties, picking the perfect restaurant, and of course, knowing how to maximize our enjoyment of the racing events, you really did not forget even the smallest detail. I have dealt with a wide variety of high-end travel services and agencies for booking all types of luxury travel packages. However, none of these services have been able to approach BAM Motorsport’s consistently high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

I was particularly impressed with your personal, hands-on approach in ensuring that your clients were always being treated properly and experiencing the maximum enjoyment from their package. At our 2011 Montreal Grand Prix experience, you were extremely helpful in recommending to us the best vantage points to view the races, how and where to get the best views and up-close photos of the drivers and cars during the driver’s parade and in Parc Ferme, how to meet the drivers and get autographs during the pit lane walks, and even which restaurants to try. And even more so at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, your personal touch was invaluable. You were a very knowledgeable and gracious host, and my wife and I really enjoyed spending time with you during the weekend. Once again, your personal advice and assistance was invaluable: “inside tips” on how to best experience the races; introducing us to a number of very interesting people, including VIP’s from the motorsport world; recommendations on the best restaurants and night spots; introducing us to the thoroughly enjoyable Amber Lounge scene. But perhaps your best accomplishment is you have turned my wife into a life-long F1 fan who cannot wait to attend her next Grand Prix.

My F1 Grand Prix experiences through BAM Motorsports have provided me with countless invaluable memories and mementos. My first time hearing an F1 engine at full throttle, which I am sure is an unforgettable experience for anyone who has attended an F1 race, was made even more special by the fact that I experienced it when the car was only a few feet away as I was attending the Lotus-Renault GP Paddock Club. I have numerous photographs with the drivers and other team members, and with the cars in the pit lane, as well as many autographed LRGP souvenirs, including some toy F1 cars and mini-helmets that my young sons really enjoyed.

My advice to anyone who wishes to have an unforgettable F1 experience is to contact BAM Motorsports and discuss with you their interests and priorities. For example, I asked you to recommend the best Grand Prix on the calendar- you recommended Abu Dhabi and as usual you were “right on the money”. Any F1 fan must experience the Paddock Club- a completely unforgettable experience. And I would highly recommend spending a bit more for the Lotus-Renault GP Paddock Club. The LRGP group provides the highest level of service, and the garage access, driver meet-and-greet sessions, high-end catering, and LRGP memorabilia are all definitely worth the cost. The Amber Lounge as well is a must for everyone. The highest compliment I can give to BAM Motorsports is my repeat business – I have already signed on for the 2012 Monaco Grand Prix and look forward to experiencing some of BAM’s unique offerings outside of the traditional Paddock Club.

Once again Pete, thanks for your ongoing high level of service and attention. I look forward to meeting you again in Monaco next year.

"I would like to say a big thank you to you and your team for making my Paddock Club experience at Valencia a weekend to remember. Although we had originally booked for the Bahrain Grand Prix earlier on in the season and due to it being cancelled, BAM recommended Valencia as a great venue to attend.

Our experience started from when we landed in Valencia, the hotel was great and Paddock Club was brilliant where we met some great people. The hospitality by BAM, especially Peter and Veles e Vents was amazing, added to this was the short boat ride across the Marina over to the Paddock/Pits with a great time had during the Pit walks. BAM was able to recommend great places to attend in the evenings during our long weekend in Valencia, which were unbelievable and a brilliant experience.
