Last year BAM were proud to support Gravity driver Ho-Pin Tung in his efforts to be the first Chinese driver to qualify for the Indy 500. Racing for Sam Schmidt, the Lotus Renault GP reserve driver Ho-Pin was on the pace all through the month of May and was destined for a competitive start in the 100th running of the Indy 500 until turn 1 took its toll at 230mph.
